We like to look at Hurrungane as the ultimate touring ski. A model made for skiers in demand of a lightweight and playful tool for the whole season. This is the latest iteration of Hurrungane, and without a doubt the most versatile to date. With a lower weight, better edge control and a shorter turning radius than previous versions, Hurrungane is now even better in soft conditions, without affecting its great float in softer snow.

If you value great downhill characteristics, and in need of a pair of touring skis that will perform through the whole season, Hurrungane will be a great match for you!

Touring-specific tips with moderate rocker

The tip is shaped to help reduce drag when skinning through deep snow, and at the same time deliver great float on the way down. The thickness of the wood core is reduced to save weight

Camber under foot

A traditional cambered design gives you stability and versatility in any condition. On hardpack a camber design is unmatched.

Skin compatible touring tail

The tail is designed with a small kick to minimize drag from the skin-clip on the way up. At the same time this will deliver increased control and stability while skiing downhill. The tail is constructed in ABS-plastic to be as durable as possible

Bamboo and caruba + carbon

A bamboo and caruba core in a carbon chassis. By reducing the amount of wood and replacing it with carbon, you get a lightweight ski, but at the same time keeping the great properties of the wood core. The Okulen 7150-base delivers great glide and durability throughout the season.

Sandwich construction

A sandwich construction delivers uncompromised power transfer and torsional stiffness in a durable package. Our scratch free topsheet is designed to handle all the beating your skis get season after season on the mountain. It is also developed so that a minimal amount of snow sticks to the topsheet.

Graphics by Rikke Vidde Westvig

The graphics are from Hurrungane, the westernmost mountain range in Jotunheimen, and one of the most alpine mountain regions in Norway. A region close to our heart. The famed Store Austabotntind adorns the front of the ski.
