At SGN, you always get free shipping on skis within Norway with our climate-neutral service package. If you’re passing by our office in Sogndal, you’re welcome to pick up your order directly from us!
NORWAY
Free Shipping on Skis
SGN offers free shipping on skis to mainland Norway. Packages are delivered via Posten’s Climate Neutral Service Package and can be collected at your nearest Posten pickup location.
Shipping for Small Items
For small items such as apparel and headwear, shipping costs NOK 49 and is sent with Posten’s “Pakke i Postkassen.” Larger packages that don’t fit in your mailbox will be sent as a “Climate Neutral Service Package” via Posten at a cost of NOK 99.
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you in an email, separate from your order confirmation, when your order is shipped. You will receive notifications via SMS and in the Posten app when the package is ready for pickup.
Returns
SGN offers a 30-day return policy on unused items with free returns. This does not apply to mounted skis or customized climbing skins. Read more on our return page.
Shipping Deadlines
If all items are in stock, we aim to ship orders within three business days. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you. Small items like apparel and headwear are usually shipped the next business day. Orders requiring mounting and customization are typically shipped within three business days. To ensure timely shipment, please provide all details regarding sole length and mounting preferences as soon as possible.
Pickup at SGN in Sogndal
For local customers or those visiting Sogndal for a ski trip, we offer in-office pickup. Small items such as headwear and apparel are typically ready for pickup immediately. Mounted ski packages take a bit more time but are generally ready within three business days. To ensure we’re at the office (and not out skiing), it’s a good idea to schedule a pickup time by phone or email. You can find our contact information here.

Customs, Taxes, and Duties Included
There are no hidden fees when shopping with us, as customs, taxes, and duties are included in the price. Orders are shipped via DHL. All international orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), with these costs included at checkout.
Tracking
DHL will send tracking details via SMS before your package arrives.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent any issues.
