Refund policy
At SGN, you always have a 30-day return policy on unused items with free returns* (does not apply to mounted skis or customized climbing skins).
All returns must be registered with us before being sent back. Contact us at hello@sgnskis.com to register a return.
Products being returned must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags attached. If you are returning skis, please ensure they are securely packaged in suitable packaging. We will process your return as quickly as possible, but it may take up to two weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
NORWAY
Returns are free via Posten for customers in Norway*. After registering your return, you will receive a QR code for a prepaid return label via email. Use this code to print a return label at a Posten drop-off location. Alternatively, you can print the label yourself if preferred.
*Only applies to mainland Norway, excluding Svalbard and Jan-Mayen.
REST OF THE WORLD
As a customer, you have a 30-day return policy but must cover the cost of the return shipment yourself.
